100 M Pacing
Pacing is counting the number of double paces to work out how far you have travelled. people need to find out for long it takes them to walk 100 metres. if you lead with your left foot you need to count every time your right foot touches the ground. However this theory does not work when scrambling.
we went out and 3 times we did the same pacing
experiment we timed how many steps we took
in 10 seconds. then we found the average time
and speed. are average speed was 20 and
are average steps were 65.
